Guest Ratings & Reviews
I couldn't have asked for a better spot in Madrid! The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore all the major landmarks and parks. The rooms were cozy, although lacking hot drink facilities and had small TVs; also, en suite bathrooms were a plus. The service was top-notch, and the staff was always ready to assist. The dining options were a bit limited with just pies available, but the location and friendly service made up for it. I found it to be a great value for the convenience it offers.
The hotel is situated in the middle of Madrid, where we could easily reach the most important landmarks and enjoy the beautifully designed parks. The location is so close to everything a tourist would like to see. The rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, TVs, and baths, but lack facilities to make hot drinks. The service is top-notch, offering room service and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience features delicious European dishes. However, the price might be a bit high for the value provided.
The hotel is centrally located in Madrid, making it easy to reach key landmarks and enjoy local dining options. The rooms lack facilities for making hot drinks and could benefit from updated amenities, but they offer a clean and cozy space. The service is attentive, with room service available for added convenience. While the dining options are limited, the homemade pastries are a delightful treat. Overall, a decent value for the prime location.
